Working from home -useful techonology, tools, tips and strategies

Around the country, disability advocacy organisations have been putting arrangements in place so they to continue to provide support for their clients, while also managing risks of infection.

The disability advocacy sector is diverse and organisations are facing a range of different challenges at this time. In many cases this will include transitioning effectively to:

  • disability advocates and other staff working from home or remotely and
  • interacting with their advocacy clients without face-to-face meetings
  • communicating with clients, a colleagues and other professionals through telephone or web-based technologies.
